The IKB Customer Services team ensures that our customers are satisfied. Whether in person, in writing or by telephone – Customer Services can be contacted through all channels. Although the recorded messages of the IKB hotline are in German only, we reliably handle every single customer inquiry. Questions or other concerns can always be addressed to the IKB Customer Services team using the contact form or by email.
